The apartment
This roomy holiday apartment can accommodate up to five people and is equipped with every imaginable comfort. On the outside there’s a wonderful swimming pool, which is equipped with sun loungers so that you can relax perfectly and enjoy the panorama. In the garden there is a barbecue area complete with table and benches. The apartment is situated in the middle of the vineyards, which guarantees peace and tranquillity. Lake Caldaro, which can be seen from the terrace and the garden, is easily reached on foot. Other Bassa Atesina villages, such as Ora, Termeno and Egna, are just a few kilometres away, as are the towns of Bolzano and Trento.

Price information
The prices for 2020 apply, subject to changes and typing errors. The prices are per apartment and night. The local tax is already included in the price.
Means of payment
We accept the following means of payment: cash, Visa or Mastercard credit card, Eurocard or bank transfer.
Arrival and departure
The apartment is ready for occupancy from 2:00 p.m. On the day of departure the apartment is available until 9:30 a.m.
Cancellation
Cancellation is possible free of charge until 30 days before the arrival date. After that, cancellation fees of 30% of the booking amount will be charged.
Non-smoking apartment
We love non-smokers – and smokers who do not smoke in our apartment.
Legal information
The contractual relationship between the guest and the company is subject to Italian law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bolzano.
Dogs and cats
Pets are welcome. Please bring a blanket or basket for your four-legged friend. It is your responsibility to guarantee that your pet is healthy and meets all veterinary requirements. You are liable for any damages. In case of heavy soiling a final cleaning fee will be charged.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in Kaltern bei der Familie Eisenstecken.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, äusserst zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Bei Fragen standen sie uns immer zur Verfügung, liessen uns aber auch unseren Freiraum/Privatsphäre.
Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch mit Blick über den Kalterer See, umrahmt mit Weinbergen – sozusagen das Hollywood von Kaltern;)
Die Umgebung bietet eine Vielzahl an Wander-/Bademöglichkeiten – Meran/Bozen liegen in der Nähe.

A great place to stay. The appartment is about 1,5 km from the centre of Kaltern, it is a small road but what you get from view is fabulous ! The appartment is very clean and wel equipped ( you have beautiful spiegelau wineglasses for tasting a good glass of wine , not cheap glasses from a supermarket. It is quiet at night, the garden and swimming pool are very relaxing. Stefan and his family are very very nice hosts, helpful and very warm, there was direct a good connection. This is the best Airbnb we ever did. We will certainly come back, it is a beautiful region with mountains, lake, nature, food and wine. What do you want more ?

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Clean and convenient, great pool, best view ever. Stefan and his family were really friendly and helpful. It is a very calm place, but in a 5 minute walk there are a few nice restaurants. There are so many things to do in the area (we have to come back for that, because it was to hot to go out with our baby). Thanks, we had such a great time!

Het appartement ligt op een helling en heeft daardoor prachtig uitzicht en is voorzien van uitstekende faciliteiten. Nadeel is dat het wat verder lopen is naar het centrum van het dorp Kaltern, ruim 15 minuten (en terug iets meer omdat je dan klimt). Een auto of een e-bike heb je wel nodig. Pluspunt is het zwembad, waar je een heerlijke verkoelende duik kunt nemen.
